Scope of works

Includes one Service visit – Labour only. Spares,additional work and repairs not included.

Products receive a full comprehensive service on all functions – electrical tests for Therapy Surfaces and Medical Beds (PHDA* extra), load tests and scale calibration if applicable. Some scales need to be taken away for verification.

Deviations from the standard performance of equipment will be corrected.

One service certificate is issued for each piece of equipment that conforms to Schedule 1 report for LOLER (1998).

Asset Report on request

Not included in contract price but can be provided at an additional cost. A detailed asset report is provided for all equipment serviced, outlining any replacements, safety or quality issues
